As part of a total commitment to sports excellence the Phuket International Academy Mind Centre has begun to provide training in the cultivation of cognitive and emotional balance.   The Phuket International Academy Mind Centre will  deliver  a blend of contemporary psychology and neuroscience in association with traditional Asian contemplative practices.  Delivered through residential retreats and weekend seminars PIAMC is open to all participants.     It teaches the practice of “mindfulness of breathing”, which is a successful method for soothing the body and calming the mind.
