Nike Air Max Courtballistec 2.3 On the Way

Look out for the new Nike Air Max Courtballistec 2.3 sneaker. It looks like it’s officially set to launch in early 2010, and probably before the start of the Australian Open.

The Nike Air Max Courtballistec 2.3 looks like it’ll be a new and improved version of its older models. Nike has listened to the requests of its owners, and tennis fans should be excited to try out what seems to be a top notch sneaker.

As far as the look goes, it’s actually somewhat retro in the sense that it looks like certain Nike tennis sneakers form the 1990s. The Nike Air Courtballistec 2.3 will feature a blue/white/grey color combo and the swoosh looks like it’ll be black.

As far as the build of the sneaker, it looks like Nike has made some obvious enhancements that should increase the playability of these sneakers on the tennis court.

A top feature that comes with the new Courtballistec sneaker is the fact that its traction seems to be phenomenal. These grip the court really well, but will also make great sneakers for clay court tennis, which Rafael Nadal is sure to love.

While people generally said that the 1.3 and earlier models were comfortable, there were those who said they felt like the sneakers choked their feet a bit. Nike gives the foot more breathing room in the Courtballistec 2.3.

Additionally, the springtime will probably bring us the launch of the sneaker in some new colors. It should be exciting to see what Rafael Nadal chooses to wear when he plays in the French Open. We’re guessing it’ll be a flashy version of these.

As with the 1.3 version of the tennis sneaker, there’s still the six month guarantee in place, which promises any tennis player that the shoe will last for at least six months. Tennis enthusiasts patiently await the release of what should be an excellent sneaker.
